Delivery

Once your order has been registered, we confirm its validation by email.

Your parcel is dispatched within 3 to 5 working days in the majority of the cases (except closures indicated on the site).

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as it is taken over by French Post with its tracking number. This one allows you to follow at any moment its evolution on the site: www.laposte.fr/colissimo.

Attention, delivery times are given as an indication and we decline any liability in case of late delivery due to the services of the Post.

* shipments to metropolitan France Colissimo: from flat rate 4.50€ to € 7.50€ for the most common parcels. The delivery time varies between 3 and 5 working days.

* shipments in Europe in Colissimo International and in the Outremer departments in Colissimo Dom-Tom: Shipments are made by registered international or Dom-Tom from 9€ to 14 € depending the parcels. The delivery time varies between 4 and 12 working days.

* Shipments worldwide Colissimo International: shipments are made by registered international from 18€ to 28€ depending the parcels. The delivery time varies between 8 and 12 working days.

The shipping costs are offered from 75 euros purchase, only for Metropolitan France.

Return

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 7 days from receipt of your order, to exercise your right of withdrawal from Annabel Kern.

Reasons for return

Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Any item not meeting these specifications will not be refunded or exchanged. The refund of the item (s) is done directly via your payment method within 8 working days.

In case of loss or damage to the returned package, we will not be able to refund the order and the buyer must make a claim directly from his carrier.

Free returns in metropolitan France

If despite all the attention we have given to your order, you were not completely satisfied, annabel kern will exchange or refund any item that would not be suitable within 15 days.

Requests for exchange or refund are made exclusively by email. No return sent without prior request by email can not be refunded.

Returns outside mainland France

For returns outside mainland France, the costs are borne by the buyer.
